Starter: mini pizzas (pizzette)

Super quick and easy, ready in 20 mins including cooking time! Your guests will never have enough of them, weather they're for aperitives to dinners or just drinking companions ;-)
1 roll of ready made puff pastry
100 gr tomato passata (you can get a tin can of chopped tomatoes and let it reduce on the hob until it's thickened enough)
100 gr mozzarella if using
1 teaspoon oregano (or basil)
Cut the pastry in circles (use a cookie cutter or a glass), lightly punch them with a fork, brush them with the beaten egg, put the tomato passata in the center, a finger from the borders, put the cubed or sprinkled cheese on top.
Sprinkle the origano (or basil) a little on each one.
Cook in a preheated oven at 200C for 15 mins or less, until the pizzas are golden but not dark brown at all ;-)
