Christmas

I am all about keeping alive the old traditions and creating new ones.

In my Irish family therefore the Christmas tradition is a Christmas Eve with Polish starters followed by an Italian menu, and a Christmas Day with an Italian first course and then an Irish menu. You can see the Holidays Menus in the Menus Page.

As an Italian, I have been living in Ireland for more than 28 years. I also loved very much my father's wife mother, a dear Polish lady called Alexandra, but I of course always simply called her Babcia.
