Super nice and quite rich, I avoid using too much sugar so they are quite "sinful" but won't give you a sugar rush! You'll absolutely taste the chocolate here, and making the mini tarts as opposed to a full tart is ideal for parties.

TIP: Ensure that your filling is at room temperature before spreading it into your tart moulds prior to baking.
TIP: As per the jam tarts, ensure that your Chocolate Tarts get to room temperature before dusting them with icing sugar
