Papa's ricotta dessert

I was 11 or 12, with my sister and dad in the mountain house. We wanted something sweet, but there was nothing in the house, so my Dad made this. Since forever this is my favourite!

Ingredients (serves 2):

• 250gr ricotta cheese

• 1 Tbsp bitter dark chocolate powder

• 1 Tbsp coffee (the powder you use to make expresso)

• 2 tsp demerara sugar

Method:

• Combine everything, stirring well with a fork

• Serve
