Ricotta Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 180g flour

  • 45g cocoa

  • 130g sugar

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 120ml oil ← aumentato

  • 2 eggs

  • 250g ricotta (ben scolata)

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • 125g chocolate chips + 80g chopped dark chocolate


Baking:

  • 200°C (fan) for 5-6 minutes

  • Reduce to 170°C (fan) for 20 minutes

  • Toothpick test - if needed, another 5-6 minutes

  • Total: ~30-32 minutes

  • Cool completely in tray:
