Ricotta Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients:
180g flour
45g cocoa
130g sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
120ml oil ← aumentato
2 eggs
250g ricotta (ben scolata)
2 tsp vanilla
125g chocolate chips + 80g chopped dark chocolate
Baking:
200°C (fan) for 5-6 minutes
Reduce to 170°C (fan) for 20 minutes
Toothpick test - if needed, another 5-6 minutes
Total: ~30-32 minutes
